With Contract-to-Close Coordination, you’ll have more time to focus on closing deals and winning new business by handing off transaction processing tasks to PenFed Realty’s expert Transaction Coordinators!

Contract-to-Close Coordination includes:

• Weekly status update with the agent
• Sending an introduction email to the co-op agent, lender and title partners
• Ordering the resale documents and sending them to the appropriate parties
• Sending the ratified contract to the co-op agent, lender and title company
• Obtaining the commitment letter from the lender
• Scheduling and coordinating inspections with co-op agent
• Emailing the settlement letter to the agent(s) prior to closing
• Confirming the completion of the appraisal
• Managing contingency dates for inspections
• Obtaining repair receipts and forwarding to appropriate parties
• Monitoring/maintaining the settlement dates
• Completing the home warranty form, if applicable
• Adding your customer to post-closing drip campaigns
