With the Listing-to-Close Coordination package, you’re choosing the ULTIMATE time- and money-saving bundle! PenFed Realty’s expert Transaction Coordinators will seamlessly handle every detail of your Listing and Contract-to-Close Coordination.
INCLUDES:
Listing Coordination package:
- Entering the listing, documents and photos in the MLS (with agent approval) and maintaining status updates
- Uploading the showing instructions in ShowingTime
- Ordering sign installation
When your listing goes live in the MLS:
- Syndicating the listing to over 36,000 websites (e.g., Realtor.com, Zillow, MansionGlobal, etc.)
- Running one week of digital ads (Internet and social media, 2,500+ impressions, geo-targeted to high-propensity buyers)
- Creating and sending a "Just Listed" postcard (quantity: 50 cards)
- Creating, printing and mailing flyers and brochures to the address you designate
- Creating a property website and sharing it with agent, clients and your office
- Creating a "Just Listed" eCard and graphic for social media
- Creating a virtual tour and uploading it to the MLS and YouTube
When you host an open house:
- Creating an “Open House” eCard and graphic for social media
- Creating, sending and mailing “Open House” flyers to the address you designate
If you reduce the price of the listing:

When your listing sells (congrats!):

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A Listing Coordination package is generated for each MLS number. If a listing is taken off the market, but is re-listed under a new MLS number, a new Listing Coordination package must be ordered to activate this service.
Contract-to-Close Coordination includes:
- Updating the listing in the MLS (with agent approval) and maintaining status changes
- Sending an introduction email to the co-op agent, lender and title partners
- Ordering the resale documents and sending them to the appropriate parties
- Sending the ratified contract to the lender and title company
- Obtaining the commitment letter from the lender
- Assist with zipForm document submission (not applicable to Richmond region)
- Scheduling the home, radon and termite inspections with vendors and Realtors
- Confirming the completion of the appraisal
- Managing contingency and commitment letter dates for home, radon and termite inspections
- Maintaining receipts and forwarding to appropriate parties
- Monitoring/maintaining the settlement dates
- Order home warranty if requested
- Check preliminary ALTA for errors
